Sit on the back patio and watch the sunsets over the adjacent lake, and soak up the sunshine in this lovely Phoenix east valley home. This home-away-from-home is in the Superstition Springs area of east Mesa, and is fully stocked and professionally designed for your comfort and enjoyment. Walk to the nearby movie theatres / cinema, or try out the many restaurants and shops nearby.
Contact-free check in is available with a keypad entry and a custom door code, created for you. You will have access to a 2-car attached garage and large back yard with a BBQ, patio lounge chairs and a view fence overlooking the nearby lake. (The lake is run by the HOA, and is not available for swimming or fishing, but there are walking paths and benches around it that you can enjoy. And there are other fishing lakes around that I can direct you to, as well).
Easy accessibility - there are no internal steps in the home!
There is a dining room table that seats 6, and bar stools in the kitchen area that seats 6 as well. The kitchen is well-stocked with basics like spices for cooking, plenty of plates and cookware, a slow cooker, rice cooker, electric tea kettle, drip coffee maker, Keurig machine, water cooler that dispenses filtered water, measuring spoons, a convection toaster oven, wine fridge, and more. Even a quesadilla maker! :)
I live nearby and am available by text or phone for questions or recommendations. I have lived in Arizona nearly my whole life and used to work for the Convention & Visitors Bureau, so I have lots of ideas about day trips, activities and places to dine.
All bookings require acceptance & signature of guest agreement and copy of a government-issued ID, completed by the responsible person (who must be staying in the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, per insurance requirements). A refundable deposit of $500 will hold your dates.
I have very easy check-out requirements. You do NOT have to strip beds, take out the trash, or most of the things that nearly every short term rental requires. Just load the dishwasher (you don't even have to run it) and lock up when you leave!
If the home is left broom-clean and in the condition you found it in, and the rules were followed and no money outstanding, the full deposit will be returned. :)
