Master bedroom has a comfortable king bed, walk-in closet and walk-in shower. 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and shower/tub combo. 1/2 bathroom is in between the bedrooms by the kitchen and laundry room. This home was the model for the complex and is tastefully decorated in a Southwest Style. Comfortable living room furniture includes a recliner. Ground floor unit with no steps. Kitchen completely remodeled in June 2023- new cabinets & quartz countertops.

Enjoy the backyard patio, built-in BBQ - watching the golfers go by. Enjoy your morning coffee listening to the birds and watching the bunnies scurry. A great location, where you can walk to stores and restaurants and yet Quiet, Quiet, Quiet! You really don't need a car as Walmart is a short walk. Sprouts at Higley & Baseline, Costco is 2.7 mi. and Trader Joe's is 6.1 mi. Short walk to Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Applebees and Taco Bell. Short Drive to PF Changs, BJ's, Panda Express, Rubio's, Osaka and more.

The salt water pool and jacuzzi are heated year-round and the Gated community of 85 units is welcoming to guests. Local Property Managers are available for check-in and to assist with any issues that might arise. The house has 3 TV's all with antennas that receive many channels.
